2. Use of Links and Promotional Materials
You agree that Onlinemoneygroup.org uses affiliate links and other promotional material in the articles on the website https://onlinemoneygroup.org, and may earn money with this.
3. Promotional Methods and Link Placement
Onlinemoneygroup.org marketing materials and/or links will not be placed near any of the following content (nor appear on websites which contain or link to such content): Any pornography, nudity, or any other sexual or adult material. Any content that violates or infringes in any way upon the statutory, common law, or proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, patents, or any other third party intellectual property, contract, privacy, or publicity rights, will be removed. Any material that promotes or utilizes software or Services and products designed to deliver unsolicited e–mail is not allowed. Any misrepresentations or material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, offensive, or harmful will be removed. Any material that violates any local, state, or national law or regulation will be removed. Any other material that Onlinemoneygroup.org, in its sole discretion, determines to be inappropriate will be removed or disapproved.
4. Compliance Investigations and Review
a. All membership accounts are regularly monitored for fraudulent transactions and suspicious activity. Suspicious activity may include any apparent violation of the advertiser’s affiliate program, a request by the advertiser to review the traffic sent to them, the use of unapproved traffic sources, failure to provide traffic transparency, the use of invalid or nonexistent websites, providing false information in your application, or the possible violation of any of these terms. Any membership with suspicious activity will be terminated immediately.
b. In the event your membership account is deactivated, any future applications or accounts you open with Onlinemoneygroup.org may also be declined and deactivated.
c. In the event you are deactivated from a specific advertiser program from another affiliate network, or removed from that network entirely, such removals by the advertiser are applicable on the Onlinemoneygroup.org network as well. Application to such programs will be declined. Approvals for such programs will be rescinded. Failure to disclose such a removal or the continued promotion of such a program using Onlinemoneygroup.org promotional materials or links after a program removal constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
5. Termination
a. Onlinemoneygroup.org retains the right to terminate the Member’s account at any time, and for any reason that it sees fit. Members can close their account with 48 hours’ notice to Onlinemoneygroup.org.
b. Members understand that once a membership account is closed, all data may not be available.
6. E-Mail Communications from Onlinemoneygroup.org
a. Onlinemoneygroup.org newsletters generally pertain to new online money making methods, affiliate links, affiliate advertising opportunities, and important product information. The email address that we will be sending updates and compliance issues from is onlinemoneygrouporg.gmail.com. Please add it to your address book so that it is not blocked by Spam filters.
b. Removing your email from our mailing list can be done by emailing us with such a request. We will remove your address as soon as possible, but not later that 48hrs from receipt of the unsubscribing email.
c. By using the Sign up page on https://onlinemoneygroup.org and sending us your request to be signed up or become a member of onlinemoneygroup.org, and by accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that we may send you emails with online money related content, until such time that you unsubscribe from our mailing lists.
7. Promotional Advertisements
It is understood that Onlinemoneygroup.org cannot be held liable for any incorrect advertising, or non-specific promotions. In addition, Onlinemoneygroup.org will do its best to make sure all advertisements are accurate. But in the event of an incorrect advertisement or description please read the indemnification section below and contact us so that we can correct the advertisement or description.
8. Indemnification
a. You shall defend, indemnify and hold Onlinemoneygroup.org harmless against all claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, interest, settlements and judgments, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred, claimed or sustained by yourself, family members and any Third Parties, directly or indirectly as a result of (i) your breach of or non-compliance with this Agreement, (ii) your violation of any law, or an alleged violation of law by Onlinemoneygroup.org, that is a direct or indirect result of your use of the network service, (iii) your use of the network service, (iv) your participation as a member of onlinemoneygroup.org or in any program, (v) any content, goods or services offered, sold or otherwise made available by you to any person, (vi) your acts or omissions in using, displaying or distributing any internet links obtained from Onlinemoneygroup.org or elsewhere, including but not limited to your use of internet links via email distribution, (vii) any claim that Onlinemoneygroup.org is obligated to pay tax obligations in connection with payment made to you pursuant to this Agreement, and (viii) any violation or alleged violation by you of any rights of another, including breach of a person’s or entity’s intellectual property rights.
b. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, losses, liability and costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions in this agreement and to which you will have agreed if you continue to use Onlinemoneygroup.org.
You acknowledge full responsibility for your own actions which may or may not have resulted as a consequence of using information provided by Onlinemoneygroup.org.
You fully indemnify Onlinemoneygroup.org and all of its owners and writers, editors and publishers for any losses, costs, penalties, fees or legal fees arising from the use and or misuse of any information provided at any time on https://onlinemoneygroup.org.

Each party shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party, and all its associations, from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses brought by a third party arising out of a breach, real or alleged, of any of its representations or obligations herein. No party shall be held liable for the other party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
10. Authority
Each party represents and warrants to the other party as to itself that the person executing this Agreement is authorized to do so on such party’s behalf. If you are an individual, you represent and warrant that you were at least 18 years of age on the effective date of this agreement.
11. Disclaimer
The Member accepts that the operation of the Onlinemoneygroup.org Affiliate Links, Reference Links or the Onlinemoneygroup.org membership may not be completely free of interruption, errors or omissions and Onlinemoneygroup.org is not liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors in the performance or content of the Onlinemoneygroup.org membership or Reference Links.
Though we strive to be completely accurate in the information that is presented on our site, and attempt to keep it as up to date as possible, in some cases, some of the information you find on the website may be outdated and incorrect. Please report this to us so that it can be corrected.
